Project Overview

I designed a clean and intuitive Fintech mobile app focused on helping teams manage projects, track performance, and understand key insights with less friction. The goal was to simplify complex information through clear visual hierarchy, thoughtful interactions, and an efficient user experience. I restructured the overall experience to make navigation more seamless, organize important data more effectively, and help users complete everyday tasks with greater confidence. The final design combines a modern visual language with practical functionality, creating a scalable experience that feels clear, focused, and easy to use.

Challenge

The existing dashboard contained a large amount of information with limited visual structure, making it difficult for users to quickly find important data and complete everyday tasks. Navigation felt inconsistent, while key actions were often hidden within complex layouts. The challenge was to create a clearer and more intuitive experience without removing the functionality users depended on. The new direction needed to balance simplicity, accessibility, and flexibility while supporting different workflows and user needs.

Solution

I redesigned the experience around a clearer information architecture and a user-focused workflow that makes every part of the platform easier to navigate and understand. The new interface introduced simplified navigation, well-organized content sections, reusable components, and a consistent design system across the entire product. I also refined the visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, color usage, and interaction patterns to make important information easier to scan and understand at a glance. Complex data was presented through clearer layouts and meaningful visual cues, while key actions were positioned where users could access them naturally. Interactive elements were carefully designed to feel consistent, responsive, and predictable across different screens and user journeys. The result is a more cohesive and scalable product experience that balances functionality, usability, and modern visual design.

Results
